I kicked my butt changing every single aspect of this layout from the previous one. Skinning is very tedious.
I am not satisfied.

Thanks to ruud and Mary I was able to fix the category creation problem. It was never deleting the categories, so they still existed. The problem was that they were not being stored correctly in the categories table. Why did it decide to incorrectly do it in the first place? I have no idea. Apparently [...]
